I have not had any luck finding the dried mushrooms. They might be shrimpy, but these little guys still deliver a wallop of spice. Please obtain permission prior to using my images. I have made these a bunch of times and I love them.

It becomes clear when heated. Second time I made it, I decided to experiment and add a little fresh orange zest and fresh squeezed orange juice into the sauce.
