There are so many comments on this recipe that it seems silly to add yet another, but I thought there might be others out there with the same questions about it as I had. Shape into 12 2-inch patties. With a splash of worchesteshire, 12 oz. Add the cooked ground meat and stir well. Transfer to buns or a serving platter on greens and serve immediately.
My mom, who is not even a ground beef fan, loved this. And yes, nice not to be making a tomato based spaghetti. Cook for a few minutes, then add the hoisin mixture. I use whatever vegetables I have on hand. This recipe is fantastic! Using very lean meat helps keep the patties together. The recipes on this website never fail me!
